Polly Mock, RN, ACRP-CP, CHRC, is the Regional Research Director – South Texas for CHRISTUS Institute for Innovations & Advanced Clinical Care (CIIACC). She is responsible for oversight and facilitation of ethically and financially sound research for CHRISTUS Health South Texas Ministry, serving both the CHRISTUS Health Hospital Systems in Corpus Christi, Texas, and San Antonio, Texas.

Polly has over 30 years of professional nursing and research leadership experience. Polly has conducted or managed numerous protocols and currently oversees over 100 protocols in active status in South Texas. She has a vast knowledge of the clinical research process, including clinical trial operations, ethics, and regulatory compliance. She currently holds the unaffiliated member seat on the Texas A&M Corpus Christi Institutional Review Board and served for 8 years as the Nurse At-Large member of the Austin Multi-Institutional Review Board. In addition to her nursing license, Polly holds certifications with both the Association of Clinical Research Professionals and the Health Care Compliance Association.

During her free time, Polly likes to read, walk on the beach, travel and spend time with her family.
